Nutrition and Weight Loss Workshop
Hello everyone,
We are hosting a nutrition and weight loss workshop this Saturday, 9:30am, at the Martinsville gym: 165 Morton Avenue.
Our in-person weight loss workshop will cover five of the most popular diets for 2020, including keto, calorie counting, carb cycling, Whole 30, and Intermittent Fasting. Our presentation will cover the pros and cons of each diet and how to get started. Weight loss is always a common New Year's resolution, but most people fail because they do not have the correct information.
Alyx McKee, our personal trainer at the southside Indianapolis Strength School gym, and I will be giving a presentation on five of the most popular diets for 2020 - pros and cons, plus how to get started on each one if you're interested:
Keto
Carb Cycling
Intermittent Fasting
Whole 30
Calorie Counting
We will then answer any questions you have about diet, nutrition, and weight loss, including: foods to eat and foods to avoid, when to eat for weight loss, fat loss supplements, and anything else.
Weight loss is one of the top New Year's resolutions, year after year. Most people fail because they do not have the correct information. So if you are trying to lose weight in 2020, please attend our workshop. An hour with us will help you cut through all the confusion and misunderstandings out there about diet, nutrition, and weight loss.
We are charging just $25 for this workshop. However, we are limiting it to about 25 people to ensure that everyone gets the attention they need. So please reply to this email if you will be attending, or if you have any questions. This is open to clients and to the public.
