How to Naturally Lower Triglycerides Fast
Today I want to share a powerful story from one of my relatives, who has struggled with high triglyceride levels his entire adult life. In his late 50s now, my uncle has had abnormally high triglycerides since his 20s, even when he was a young, active person with low body fat. Over the years, he has kept his bodyweight at healthy levels, stayed active in his job and exercised regularly. He even tried medication to lower his triglycerides, but they did not return to normal, healthy levels.
A few months ago, I recommended that he alter his breakfast. He was normally eating a few packets of oatmeal with some orange juice - a 'healthy' breakfast by most people's standards. I told him to switch to a no-carb breakfast. He could eat meat, eggs, sausage, nuts, or anything else with protein and fat, but little or no carbohydrates.
Well, he stuck with eggs and sausage, and after a few months his triglycerides dropped from 360 to 150! Just by changing his breakfast. His cholesterol also dropped from 183 to 157.
The no-carb breakfast is so powerful because the first meal of the day dictates your metabolism and biochemistry for the rest of your day, affecting not only triglycerides and cholesterol, but also energy levels, appetite, mood, and focus. It can help you improve your bloodwork, lose body fat, and feel better every single day. Here is a 2-minute video I made explaining the no-carb breakfast if you're interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uhndJGTYlOA&t=53s
