8-Week Gut Buster Challenge
Hi everyone!
Next week I'm starting an 8-week gut buster challenge to help everyone lose an inch or two (maybe more) off their waistline.
Format: Each week for eight weeks, I'll email everyone 1-2 changes to make to their diets to help with weight loss and waistline reduction. If you have questions about the changes, you can email me back to discuss. This is a group nutrition plan, not 1-on-1, but I will be available to answer your specific questions for the whole program.
Also, this will not be a specific meal plan or diet - you can make the changes each week without overhauling all of your eating.
Special Diets: if you require a special diet, such as keto, gluten free, vegan, or vegetarian, you can still participate in our Gut Buster Challenge.
Requirements: You do not have to be a current client at Strength School to participate.
