Boron Supplement for Health

This week I want to share some information about a little-known mineral that can dramatically improve your overall health. With our country becoming more and more health-conscious, many people nowadays take vitamins - vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin E, and so on - and minerals - iron, magnesium, zinc - to supplement their diet and improve their health.
However, one of the most important minerals we can take is also one of the least known and rarely used. That mineral is boron. It rhymes with moron.
Most people have never heard of it, unless they remember the periodic table from high school chemistry class. You will be hearing more about boron in the mainstream health news over the next few years though.

I weigh 220 pounds though, so a smaller person might consider 3mg in the morning and 3mg at night. Please ask your doctor before starting any new supplements or medications.
